Carpet Rite did an absolutely amazing job on our home reno project from end-to-end. Dinesh was more than happy to talk my wife and I through the various products available, educate us on good quality vs good value, and help us decide what would best suit each space in terms of durability, function and comfort. This was the most valuable part of the process for me; with his decades of experience in the industry, Dinesh helped us understand what needed to be done to (1) avoid squeaky floors; (2) protect the edging of our carpet from stains; (3) get the maximum benefit from our underfloor heating. Given that our project was on incredibly tight timelines, I was amazed at the efficiency with which Carpet Rite managed our order. They flexed their time and team to ensure they were ready to install the moment our builders gave the thumbs up, and fitted the entire place in one day. Not only that, but they left the place cleaner than they had found it! All in all, I could not have hoped to have worked with a better partner in our reno project and would be more than happy to work with them again. In fact, we're so proud of the end result, that we thought we'd share a few pics of the floors and carpets Carpet Rite had installed :)
